ASTM A53 Class B LSAW Straight Seam Submerged Arc Welded Pipe

ASTM A53 Class B steel pipe is a welded or seamless steel pipe with a minimum yield strength of 240 MPa and a tensile strength of 415 MPa, suitable for the transport of low-pressure fluids.
Product Introduction

ASTM A53 Class B Welded Pipe Introduction

Type F - Furnace Butt Welding, Continuous Welding: This is a process where steel plates are preheated in a high-temperature furnace and then welded using welding materials. During welding, the steel plates are preheated to a sufficient temperature, and then welded in the furnace using welding materials to form a weld seam. Continuous welding refers to the continuous welding of steel plates in the furnace, allowing for the manufacture of longer pipes.

Type E - Resistance Welding: This is a welding process that heats and presses the edges of the steel plate together by applying current and pressure to both ends of the pipe, thus forming a weld seam. Resistance heating does not use molten welding materials; instead, it heats the edges of the steel plate to a sufficient temperature and then applies pressure to form a weld seam at the edge of the steel plate.
