A252 GR1 Circular Tubular Pile is a foundation grade steel tubular pile under ASTM A252/A252M, designed for use in foundation works such as buildings and bridges. It has a circular cross-section form and is manufactured by welded or seamless processes, mainly for permanent structural support or concrete pile casings. .
Manufacturing process:
High-frequency resistance welding (ERW) or seamless hot-rolling process can be used to form, with uniform weld seams and stable strength;
The round cross-section design is easy to combine with concrete to enhance the overall structural stability.
Typical specifications:
Outer diameter range: 168mm to 1422.2mm;
Wall thickness range: 2.8mm to 50.8mm;
Length range: 5 metres to 12.3 metres.
