Production equipment for API 5L X65 spiral welded pipes includes both internal and external welding devices:

The internal welding equipment consists of an internal welding gun, a weld seam automatic tracking device, a wire feeding mechanism, and a flux recovery and dust removal device. The internal welding gun can be either a single-wire or a double-wire welding gun, composed of an internal welding water-cooled main line, a conductive rod, and a conductive nozzle. During the welding process, the internal welding gun is mounted on the forming die. The tracking motor drives the movement of the welding gun to ensure that the weld seam is not offset. Any deviation in welding is determined based on the deviation of the red line after welding, and adjustments are made promptly.

The external welding equipment consists of an external welding gun, a weld seam automatic tracking device, a wire feeding mechanism, a flux recovery system, a gantry, and a dust removal device. The external welding gun is composed of a conductive rod, a conductive nozzle, and a welding main line. The external welding gun is fixed on the gantry, and the lifting mechanism on the gantry controls the up and down movement of the external welding gun. The tracking motor controls the welding gun to weld on the weld seam, ensuring that there is no offset in the welding.
