S355J2H SSAW (Spiral Submerged Arc Welded) steel pipe is a structural pipe manufactured using normalized high-strength structural steel S355J2H as the base material and employing a spiral submerged arc welding process. This product uses spiral forming technology to continuously roll steel strips and weld them using double-sided submerged arc welding. It has a unique spiral weld structure, and combines excellent pressure resistance, superior dimensional flexibility and economy, making it an ideal choice for large-diameter pipelines and heavy-duty structural applications.

Spiral Pipe Corrosion Protection Introduction: This project uses steel pipe piles for corrosion protection, employing a polyethylene coating (3 layers, 2mm thick each), with an outer coat of black paint. Specifically, 630*9.3mm pipes require a 16m long polyethylene coating (3 layers, 2mm thick each), and all pipes must be painted black. 820*11.3mm pipes require a 22m long polyethylene coating (3 layers, 2mm thick each), and all pipes must be painted black.
