S235JRH steel sizes range from 20*20mm to 400*400mm. EN10210 S235JRH seamless steel pipes have wall thicknesses ranging from 0.5mm to 25mm and lengths ranging from 6000mm to 14000mm. S235JRH EN 10219 steel pipes and tubing are available in welded, seamless, and ERW (Extended Finish). This material can undergo various surface treatments, including black or uncoated, varnish or oil coating, pre-galvanized or hot-dip galvanized. EN 10219 S235JRH steel pipes exhibit extremely high corrosion resistance.

Post-processing of spiral welded pipe is a crucial step in ensuring product quality: The welded pipe body undergoes sequential cutting with a flying shear, slag removal from both inside and outside the weld, and then precise correction of roundness and dimensions through expansion or sizing processes. Next, non-destructive testing of the continuous weld seam is performed using ultrasonic or X-ray methods, followed by beveling and dimensional calibration of the pipe ends. Finally, after hydrostatic testing to verify pressure resistance, surface treatment, and rigorous final inspection, it is packaged and shipped.
