Q. How do you control the quality?
A. We provide various test certificates such as chemical element test report, impact test report, non-destructive test report and so on with the shipment, and we can also provide third party inspection.
Q: What are the packing terms?
A: Generally, we pack the goods in bundles or rolls with rods or belts, we can also pack the goods according to customers' requirements.
Q: What is your delivery time?
A: For stock goods, we can deliver the goods to the loading port within 3 days after receiving your deposit.
For production period, it usually takes 7-15 days after receiving the deposit.
Q. Can you provide samples?
A: We can provide small samples of our stock for free if you contact us. Of course, you only need to pay the shipping cost.
Q: What are your payment terms?
A: 30% T/T as advance deposit and 70% before delivery. We will show you photos of the product and packaging before you pay the balance.
