A53 SAWH Pipe

A53 spiral submerged arc steel pipe is a spiral steel pipe made by bending the strip steel or coil in a spiral shape and welding the inner and outer seams with double-sided submerged arc active welding. Because it is formed by continuous bending, the fixed length of A53 spiral pipe is not restricted and the length can be set at will. The weld seam is evenly distributed on the entire circumference of the spiral pipe, so the spiral pipe has high dimensional accuracy and strong strength. It is easy to change the scale and is suitable for the production of small batches and multiple types of spiral pipes.

Test: Chemical component analysis, mechanical properties(ultimate tensile strength, yield strength, elongation), technical properties(flattening test, bending test, blow test, impact test), exterior size inspection, hydrostatic test,  ultrasonic testing (ut), x-ray test.

Surface: Lightly oiled, hot dip galvanized, electro galvanised, black, bare, varnish coating/antirust oil, protective coatings(coal tar epoxy; fusion bond epoxy, 3-layers pe)

Ends: Beveled Ends, Square Cut
